Christian Freedom International (CFI) is committed to the responsible, ethnical handling of all personal data and information that you provide to our ministry. This privacy policy is to make you aware of how that information is collected and used.
COLLECTED INFORMATION & HOW IT IS USED
There are two ways that CFI collects personal information from visitors to our website:
1. A request for a newsletter, or other information or materials about our organization; and
2. A donation.
Information that is collected online includes name, address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, e-mail address, and donations, credit card number and expiration date. Credit card information is used only for donation or payment processing and is not retained for any other purpose.
After making a donation to CFI, you will be placed on our electronic mailing list to receive ongoing news and updates related to our ministry.
The identity and personal information of all individuals who contact us through this website is deemed strictly confidential and limited to the purposes of promoting CFI’s ministry only. At no time will your information which was collected online or offline ever be sold, rented, leased or exchanged with other organizations.
SECURITY
When confidential personal credit card information is sent to the ministry on the website, that information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure way to the processing portal.
Other email that is sent to the ministry may not be secure unless users are advised that security measures will be in place prior to transmitting the information. For that reason, users should not send confidential information, such as Social Security or account numbers, to CFI through an unsecured email.
Protection of Information
Evaluation of Information Protection Practices. Periodically, the ministry’s operations and business practices are reviewed for compliance with corporate policies and procedures governing the security, confidentiality, and quality of CFI’s information.
Employee Access, Training and Expectations. CFI’s ministry values, ethical standards, policies and practices are committed to the protection of customer information. In general, the business practices limit employee access to confidential information, and limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons, processes and transactions.
REMOVING YOUR NAME FROM CFI’S MAILING LIST
All electronic mail sent by CFI includes an “opt-out” option for individuals to remove themselves from the mailing list.
